• Where is the store based?

  Armenia, Colombia

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Sure! we can ship everywhere, just check the shipping cost when order :)

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  we take around 1 week to make your super cool products!♥ after that, you have to receive an email with your tracking number :) (all of our shipments have a tracking number), if you don't, please write us *sometimes emails are not delivered* :(

  US orders takes around 4-6 weeks. To other countries delivery time may vary between 4 and 6 weeks *Depending of the efficiency of your country's postal service and customs processing, delivery time may be longer*

• What to do after shipping? important!!

  Once you get the email with your tracking number :) it's your responsability to be aware that there isn't any problem with your country's postal service, you have to check shipping status frecuendly. In case you notice something is wrong :( please contact the postal service as soon as posible!! and also notify us. If after 5 days of package arrived to your country we don't receive any notification from you, we asume everything was fine and take as finalised your order :)

• Do you make all of your products? :D

  Yes! we make all of our products, with all of our love, creativity and effort to make cool, unique and high quality products ♥

• Can i cancel my order? :(

  You can only cancel the order if it has not been shipped.

• Do i have to pay taxes?

  Is very unusual with small packages with clothes or related, like ours, but your country, as with any package, may charge import duties, taxes and fees that you may have to pay ahead of delivery.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
